Poland is preparing for war. A key law on the last straight

The Ministry of National Defence is working intensively on a package of regulations commonly referred to as the "pre-war law". As revealed in an interview with the Defence24.pl portal by Lieutenant General res. Dariusz Łukowski from the Ministry of Defence, the fresh regulations are to remove legal barriers from peacetime and adapt the state to the realities of hybrid warfare. "If we do not adapt the procedures, we may lose the confrontation not due to the deficiency of equipment, but due to our own legal barriers," warns the general.
