The dismissal of nearly 2 1000 employees of Beko factories, of whom over a 1000 work in Łódź and almost as many in the refrigerator mill being closed in Wrocław, is not only a local problem. It is simply a crucial existential threat to nearly 2 1000 families. It will besides be felt by Łódź and Wrocław service establishments and shops that were associated with the existence of both factories. For employees, frequently with many years of service, it is simply a tragedy that they do not know how to cope with.
