Poland defenseless from drones. Are we going to detect them through binoculars, like the Russians?

The Polish Army has respective anti-drone systems which do not fulfil their function. Practically without protection from unmanned workers there is besides a civilian critical infrastructure. The Ministry of abroad Affairs is not aware, the MON is inactive analyzing and the effects on the economy can be painful.
