Poland has crucial technological possible for unmanned systems (BSU) and dual-use technologies, but it does not have a coherent state-wide ecosystem allowing fast transition from innovation to operational implementation. The biggest barrier present is not the deficiency of technology, but the deficiency of appropriate organisational, purchasing and cooperation mechanisms between the state, manufacture and end users.
