Poland has crucial technological possible in the field of unmanned systems (UAVs) and dual-use technologies, but it does not have a coherent national ecosystem enabling a fast transition from innovation to operational implementation. The biggest barrier present is not the deficiency of technology, but the deficiency of appropriate organisational and purchasing mechanisms and cooperation between the state, manufacture and end users.
