Poland as a gateway for Korean planes? There is an agreement

Poland and the Republic of Korea have signed a bilateral agreement on common respect for the certification of the airworthiness of military aircraft, informed the Korean DAPA procurement agency. This is intended to simplify common cooperation and is simply a step aimed at facilitating the movement of Koreans on the European market.
