Poland and Canada signed a defence agreement

Countries will cooperate under the EU SAFE programme. On Tuesday in Ottawa, defence ministers of Poland Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Canada David McGuinty signed the appropriate letter of intent. Canada is the only non-EU country to join SAFE.
