Poland alternatively of Germany? Tusk's ambitious plans

Prime Minister Donald Tusk is seeking to strengthen Poland's position in European safety policy by initiating talks with allies and bypassing Germany. According to Viktoria Grossmann of the Sueddeutsche Zeitung, this is not necessarily an affront to Berlin, but an expression of Poland's legitimate interests.
