Poland 3.0: Deregulation, digitisation and work of the generation of changes

When Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the launch of a deregulation marathon and threw the glove to entrepreneurs, it sounded like a preview of simple and fast changes. "Let's do everything through regulations," it went down. In Poland, it's not that simple. Deregulation in our strategy requires... regulation. Specifically – amendments to laws, coalition negotiations, public consultation and long march through the Sejm and the Senate.
