The prosecution concerns the period from 15 September to 28 October 2023 and is the consequence of an investigation conducted by the east Region peculiar Operations Unit (ESOU). According to investigative findings, Piotr K. last October attended a reconstruction event in Stonham Aspal, Suffolk County, even though he was banned from attending.
