Central Statistical Office (GUS) published the latest data on wages and jobs in the enterprise sector in Poland. December 2024 brought a crucial increase in wages, although at the same time employment fell. Average monthly gross wage reached PLN 8821.25, which means an increase by 9.8% compared to December 2023.

Less employed but higher salaries
