Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski, French president Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni are abroad leaders whom Poles trust most - according to the latest CBOS poll. Although Zelenski was at the forefront of the list, since the beginning of the war the support for him fell by 37 percent points.

Public Opinion investigation Centre (CBOS) conducted a survey in February, the results of which indicate, who among European and global leaders Poles have the top confidence. Responding, respondents utilized an eleven-point scale on which the utmost points were defined on the 1 hand as a deep distrust (-5), and on the another hand as a very advanced assurance (+5).
The respondents were asked to express their attitude towards global politicians. This group included: Volodymyr Zelenski, Emmanuel Macron, Giorgia Meloni, Ursula von der Leyen, Donald Trump, Viktor Orbán, Friedrich Merz, Keir Starmer, Xi Jinping, Benjamin Netanjahu, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin.
