Praying and thanksgiving were besides joined by prayer
about peace around the planet [...] – said Apostolic nuncio in Iraq Fr. Archbishop Mirosław Wachowski, president of the Mass at St. John's grave
Paul II in Vatican Basilica.
In the first reading of the book of Jeremiah today, there was a strong encouragement to trust in God,
Not a man. For Jeremiah, the line between curse and blessing is clearly defined. Damned is he who puts hope in man
And in your own strength. It could be physical, military, political or economical power. Blessed is this,
who trusts you – noted Fr Zenon Hanas SAC.
At the same time, the prophet encourages us to cross the border in 1 direction. He invites us to trust in the Lord and enter the Kingdom of Blessing. A man is free in his decision. adequate in the depths of your heart
with the top conviction to say the word:
“Jesus, I trust you!” said the preacher.
Father Zenon Hanas SAC, General of Pallotines, recalled,
that thanks to John Paul II the image of the Merciful Jesus reached all corner of the world. The words “Jesus, I trust You!” are spoken in almost all languages
And dialects. – As a general of pallotines I frequently visit my fellow brothers around the world, and we usage
in more than 50 countries. I'm always touched erstwhile in any tiny chapel somewhere in Africa, India or the Philippines I see a simple, frequently cardboard image of Jesus the Beneficent with a signature in a language and an alphabet I can't read, but I know what the meaning of these words is and I say with all my heart:
“Jesus, I trust you!” said Fr Zenon Hanas.
– Let us pray that the words of the prophets be heard present by the large and mighty of this planet and by the tiny and that they lead all to brotherly solidarity,
to blessing, to peace and to eternal salvation," concluded Fr Zenon Hanas.
