Warsaw no longer wants more than 200 meters of high-rises. After a revision of the urban plans, the vicinity of the Palace of Culture will fill a low building. The high-rises will besides not be in Wrocław, even though developers wanted to build them recently. Is this the end of an era? The expert has doubts.
