Peace with Russia depends on taking the initiative [ OPINION]

A chance to avoid dangerous duplication of past mistakes in relations with Russia is to take the initiative by the West. This, however, requires knowing of the mistakes that have been made so far and, above all, the appropriate approach to their own weaknesses and weaknesses of the possible opponent.
