"Points of refuge" are entering the civilian protection system

A draft of a fresh regulation of the Minister of interior Affairs and Administration on the Central registry of Collective Protection Facilities has been submitted for inter-ministerial consultation. The impetus for updating the regulations is an amendment to the Law on civilian Protection and civilian Defense. The amendment introduces a completely fresh category of protective infrastructure.
