Underground prison for Palestinians. They sit without charge and daylight

Close targets, deficiency of access to appropriate food, daylight and household contact. In specified conditions, dozens of Palestinians are held in the underground Rakefefet prison in Israel - this is what the British "The Guardian" describes. At least 2 civilians were to be among them.
