The patron read a touching letter addressed to those present at Mass written by Fr Michael in gratitude for prayer and solidarity:
Dearly beloved, I thank you with all my heart for your prayer and support, especially now that, due to the consequences of the force experienced by law enforcement, I am incapable to preach and usage the word, but I want to at least bear witness to the fact that I have never felt the closeness of God as I do now. I know that I have not lied to His Mercy for 15 years, for I am now experiencing this merciful hug of which I have spoken. It's thanks to your prayers and sacrifice. Thank you very much. I want you God's care for the full 2026.
