The draft regulation was published on the pages of the Government Legislative Centre; it is presently at the interministerial stage. The task proposes fresh basic salaries rates - i.e. without various types of additives, e.g. functionary ones - for non-professional soldiers - namely WOT soldiers and active and passive reserve.
