Summary of Tusk's year of rule. What happens to your law?

In today's undercast of Liberal Culture we welcome prof. Ewa Łętowska, a lawyer, a constitutionalist, a justice of the Constitutional Court at rest, and the first Polish Ombudsman. After a year of coalition regulation on October 15, can we talk about success or failure in the recovery of the regulation of law? Are Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar besides extremist or besides mild in matters specified as neo-judge nominations, the repair of the Constitutional Court, or the disciplinary chamber of the ultimate Court?
