Church tax.

W The legislature is examining the anticipation of introducing a church taxation in Poland, modelled on solutions operating in any European countries, including Germany. According to the proposal presented, those declaring to belong to a church or a spiritual union would transfer 8% the remuneration – regardless of the kind of contract (work contract, order or work) – in the form of tax. The taxation collection is to be carried out by an employer who would take the funds to the taxation Office.
