Digital taxation 2025/2026: What is the Ministry of Digital Planning?

The government is returning to the thought of introducing a digital taxation to cover the largest global technology companies. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski confirms that work on the bill is inactive ongoing, and the fresh rules are to cover the full digital marketplace – from marketplaces and applications to social media and profiled advertising. The bill is to be presented at the turn of 2025 and 2026.
