Under the red-black flag

The Mars field at the Łychakovsky Cemetery in Lviv is simply a sea of blue-yellow and red-black flags. This is what war cemeteries in the war against Russia look like throughout Ukraine. Red-black flags are besides the background of banners and proponents of many Ukrainian military units. Where does this symbolism come from?
