Polish Post as an operator designated for another 10 years

UKE decided that it would be the Polish Post Office that will supply universal services in the years 2026-2035, i.e. providing letters and packages. The post office is already a designated operator, but the erstwhile decision to grant it that position expires at the end of the year.
