Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney stated on Sunday on platform X that "Canada recognizes the Palestinian state". Moments later, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reported on the designation of Palestine's statehood and that this is part of a coordinated effort undertaken jointly with Canada and the United Kingdom. Additionally, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer confirmed that the United Kingdom recognizes the Palestinian state.
