Start of financing the Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II aircraft construction programme for Germany

On August 17, the United States Department of defence reported on signing a contract with Lockheed Martin corp on the implementation of a production and supply program of 35 multitasking F-35A Lightning II combat aircraft.
