Russian troops officially arrived in Belarus, starting preparations for 1 of the largest joint maneuvers with the Belarusian army: the exercises "Zapad-2025". Meanwhile, the atmosphere around these September exercises is far from peaceful. Ukraine and the Baltic States have no illusions, maneuvers can be a cover for real armed action.
