After the collapse of the russian Union, the Netherlands neglected to invest in the military for years. Now this tiny country wants to increase its military personnel from 74,000 to 200 000 people with peculiar emphasis on reserves - the Dutch public broadcaster NOS informed, citing sources close to the case.
