On 27 November 2025, the legislature adopted a draft amendment to the Rail Transport Act. Changes are intended to facilitate complex investments – especially tunnels in city centres – and better defend residents forced to leave their homes. The task is designed by Senator Krzysztof Kwiatkowski.
