After Russia's attack on Kiev: European leaders criticize and threaten

The head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and another European leaders, in sharp words, condemn Thursday's attacks on Kiev, in which at least 23 people were killed, including 4 children. The attack besides damaged the offices of the European Union delegation in the Ukrainian capital.
