PLN 4,200 minimum pension in Poland? This is an increase of over PLN 2,300. Is it possible?

Paweł Kampa, who was a candidate for the fresh Left for the European Parliament, proposed introducing a minimum pension of 1,000 euros for all elder citizens in the European Union. In Poland, this would mean a benefit of around 4,200 PLN, more than twice the current minimum pension of 1,878.91 PLN gross.
