"Peace Plan" is detrimental to Poland

Nobody, almost nobody, analyses the "28-point peace plan for Ukraine and Russia" in terms of benefits or threats to Poland. The opinion of useful idiots, who notoriously confuse the Polish state's right with the business of the created "Ukrotolin", or even the interest of Ukraine, dominates. Individuals whose political motto is "polsity is abnormality" in their senseless analyses decision against the trend of common sense.

The most crucial aspect was left out. In my opinion, the alleged plan shows that the “wild beast” without any obstacles, will inactive be able to wage war against Poland, destroying it from the west, east and inside. No wonder that depends primarily on Poles whose intellectual inertia I tried to describe recently, showing helplessness towards fresh manipulations:

Polish interests against propaganda are contrary to EU and Ukrainian interests. Stalin's business was against Hitler's business and, contrary to propaganda, against Polish business. It was a small easier to measure German interests – contrary to the interests of the USSR and Poland.
Today, German interests, which are seasonally or briefly consistent with Ukrainian interests, are contrary to Polish interests. Russia's interests despite the strategical contradiction with the EU and only seasonally with German are not strategically converging with Polish interests.
Speaking of the plan, I draw attention to 3 aspects:
- Is it adequate to establish “all the ideology and Nazi activities must be rejected and banned” to delegalize Bandera's cult?
- The plan shows that Poland will proceed to drain for the improvement of Ukraine. “Europe will add $100 billion.” And who will compensate for our Polish losses? Ukraine “will receive short-term preferential access to the European market” until EU membership is considered. This means continuing the “Beast” program.
- Why in Poland “must station European fighters”? A fleet of our fighters would be enough. Is there inactive no “international” consent for adequate reinforcement of the Polish army?
28 points of the plan
Plan was drafted by Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff with the engagement of Secretary of State Marco Rubio, White home spokesperson and high-ranking U.S. administration official, as confirmed on Thursday.
- The sovereignty of Ukraine will be confirmed.
- A comprehensive non-aggression agreement will be concluded between Russia, Ukraine and Europe. All ambiguities of the past 30 years will be considered solved.
- Russia is expected not to invade neighbouring countries and NATO will not grow further.
- A dialog will be held between Russia and NATO, with the mediation of the United States, to address all safety issues and make conditions for de-escalation to guarantee global safety and to increase opportunities for cooperation and future economical development.
- Ukraine will receive credible safety guarantees.
- The numbers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be limited to 600,000 soldiers.
- Ukraine agrees to evidence in its constitution that it will not join NATO, and NATO agrees to include in its statutes the evidence that Ukraine will not be adopted in the future.
- NATO agrees not to station troops in Ukraine.
- European fighters will be stationed in Poland.
- US Guarantee:
— the United States will receive compensation for the guarantee;
— If Ukraine invades Russia, it will lose its guarantee;
— If Russia invades Ukraine, in addition to a strong coordinated military response, all global sanctions will be restored, designation of the fresh territory and all another benefits of this agreement will be revoked;
— If Ukraine launches a rocket towards Moscow or Petersburg for no reason, the safety warrant will be declared invalid.
- Ukraine is eligible for EU membership and will receive short-term preferential access to the European marketplace while dealing with this issue.
- A strong global package of measures to rebuild Ukraine, including:
— Establishment of a improvement Fund for Ukraine to invest in fast-growing industries, including technology, data centres and artificial intelligence.
— The United States will cooperate with Ukraine on the joint reconstruction, development, modernisation and operation of Ukrainian gas infrastructure, including pipelines and retention facilities.
— Joint efforts to reconstruct the areas affected by the war to rebuild, rebuild and modernise cities and residential areas.
— Infrastructure development.
— Mining of minerals and natural resources.

- Russia will be reintegrated into the planet economy:

The remainder of the frozen Russian funds will be invested in a separate US-Russian investment fund that will implement joint projects in circumstantial areas. The aim of this fund will be to strengthen relations and enhance common interests in order to make a strong incentive to avoid returning to conflict.
- A joint US-Russian safety Working Group will be set up to advance and guarantee compliance with all the provisions of this Agreement.
- Russia will legally sanction its policy of non-aggression towards Europe and Ukraine.
- The United States and Russia will agree to extend the non-proliferation and control treaties, including the START I Treaty.
- Ukraine agrees to be a non-nuclear state in accordance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
- The Zaporozh atomic power plant will be launched under the supervision of the global Atomic Energy Agency and the electricity produced will be shared equally between Russia and Ukraine – 50:50.
- Both countries commit to implementing educational programmes in schools and society to advance knowing and tolerance towards different cultures and to destruct racism and prejudice:
— Ukraine will adopt EU rules on spiritual tolerance and the protection of language minorities.
“Both countries will agree to abolish any discriminatory measures and warrant the rights of Ukrainian and Russian media and education.
“All ideology and Nazi activity must be rejected and banned.
- Territories:
— Crimea, Lugansk and Donetsk will be declared de facto Russian, including by the United States.
— Cherson and Zaporozhes will be frozen on the line of contact, which will de facto mean designation on the line of contact.
— Russia will renounce another agreed territories which it controls outside 5 regions.
— The Ukrainian forces will retreat from the part of the Donetsk region they are presently controlling, and this withdrawal region will be considered a neutral demilitarised buffer zone, recognised by the global community as belonging to the Russian Federation. Russian forces will not enter this demilitarized zone.
- After agreeing on future territorial arrangements, both the Russian Federation and Ukraine undertake not to effort to change these arrangements by force. safety guarantees will not apply in the event of a breach of this undertaking.
- Russia will not interfere with Ukraine's usage of the Dniepr River for commercial purposes. Agreements on the free transport of cereals through the Black Sea will besides be adopted.
- A humanitarian committee will be set up to address outstanding issues:

- Once all parties agree to this memorandum, the ceasefire will enter into force as shortly as both parties accede to the agreed points and start implementing the agreement.
