Donald Trump sent to Switzerland, among others, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and peculiar Envoy Steve Witkoff. The gathering with the safety advisers of the European States and representatives of Ukraine and the EU in Geneva is simply a 28-point peace plan for Ukraine prepared by the president of Ukraine.
