Plan B for the National Court Register: The Sejm will approve the selection of judges by judges

It is almost certain that the amendment to the Law on the National Court registry will not enter into force: it will be vetoed by the president or sent back to the Constitutional Tribunal. The alternate is to usage the current law - in this case, the Sejm would only approve the selection of the judicial environment.
