The State Election Commission rejected the Confederation's accounts. This is due to an earlier negation of the study presented by the party's electoral committee. In the background of the case is, among others, the acquisition of caps with the inscription "Mentzen 2025", as well as the acceptance of prohibited property benefits. The PKW movement means that the Confederation will lose its right to receive subsidies for 3 years.
Unanimous rejection the accounts of the Confederation for last year is simply a consequence of the previously rejected by PKW - in March this year - the accounts of the Confederate electoral committee for elections to the European Parliament in 2024. PKW pointed out, rejecting the study in March, that the committee had adopted, in violation of the electoral code provisions property benefits worth about PLN 47 thousand.
The contested amount included, among another things, the amount of the aid. adoption of non-monetary property benefits with a value of about PLN 28 thousand, as well as 64 PLN for the acquisition of alcohol (the intent of this acquisition was to be, according to the financial agent of the Confederation, "a gathering with a contractor and run people").

Among the irregularities, PKW besides pointed out, among others, the payment of the amount of surplus remaining on the electoral committee's account not on the bill Electoral Fundand for the private account of the electoral committee's financial representative. PKW further argued that the electoral committee's proxy had not sent financial statements. An action against that March decision is pending in the ultimate Court.

PKW besides rejected its financial information to the Confederation about the subsidy received and its expenditure in 2024. It is, inter alia, a violation of the rules according to which the subsidy is to be allocated to statutory activity of the party. In the meantime, the Confederate organization subsidy not only funded the August 2024 event, where Sławomir Mentzen reported the start in the presidential election, but besides the acquisition of a 1000 election caps with the inscription "Mentzen 2025" worth over PLN 17 thousand.
Rejection of the yearly study of the organization collecting the subsidy, means the failure of the right to it for 3 years. In the case of a political organization that does not receive a subsidy from the state budget, the rejection of the accounts shall have no effect.

At the Monday gathering of the PCW, she accepted the reports for the 2024 party: New Left, Modern and PSL. Reports have been adopted on the uncovering of deficiencies: PO, PiS, Poland 2050, the Greens and the Polish Initiative.

During the meeting, a proposal was made to verify the work of all electoral commissioners – besides those called late – but "not under force from politicians".
The case is due back at the next PKW meeting, scheduled for 13 October. As Marciniak told journalists, the Commission had already planned to make specified an assessment, while waiting for the end of the "election cycle".
