In connection with our activity, pursuant to Article 2(1) of the Act on Access to Public Information of 6 September 2001 (Journal of Laws 2022 item 902), I request that a copy of the final paper developed by the squad for the improvement of guidelines for medicinal entities regarding procedures related to termination of pregnancy be issued. According to information available on the website of the Ministry of Health, this squad was established in June 2023 and completed work on 31.01.2024, and his work was chaired by prof.
