Letter to the President

The atmosphere around the justice strategy thickens. The president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski announces that he will take legal action against the National Public Prosecutor's Office, which, in his opinion, violates the law and interferes with the work of the Constitutional Tribunal. Investigators ignore the decision of the General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, who did not agree to waive the immunity of president Bogdan Święczkowski. Waldemar Żurka's people mention to the concept of alleged dubler judges, claiming that since there are unauthorised persons in the Assembly, his decisions are irrelevant. – president Bogdan Święczkowski is 1 of those people who Donald Tusk and Waldemar Żurek want to see on the bench the defendants, and then with a sentence. Therefore, they will do everything to complete the investigation of the alleged Pegasus affair and to charge the president of the Constitutional Tribunal with charges – he points out in an interview with “Our Journal” prof. Mieczysław Ryba, a political scientist at the Catholic University of Lublin. The D.A. wants to get the president of the Constitutional Tribunal on the alleged breach of his powers in the possession of material obtained through Pegasus software while he was inactive a national prosecutor.
