Former Minister of Justice, Marcin Warchoł, said that the Friday conviction of the ultimate Administrative Court attributes to us a abroad solution of the Polish Constitution and legal culture and striking the institution of household and marriage. Under the basic law, matrimony can be created by man and woman. Marcin Warchoł emphasized that Poles never voted in favour of aligning single-sex relationships with marriages. Therefore, as he said, the Law and Justice will apply to the Constitutional Court in the name of democracy and constitutional protection. It is not the judgments that can be brought before the Court, but the provisions which form the basis of these judgments. The rules are not abstract, suspended in vacuum. They live in concrete realities, and we see these today. It was the NSA that issued the law with illegal, unconstitutional content. knowing this standard we will complain to TK. That's why we request the Constitutional Court. The independent TK will not agree that freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of expression or yet that matrimony as a union between a female and a man should be removed from the Constitution in Poland," said Marcin Warchol.
