The conflict within Law and Justice between organization president Jarosław Kaczyński and the environment of erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki enters another phase. PiS president announced Friday the removal from the organization of people who refused to sign a declaration of loyalty. According to Kaczyński, it is “more than thirty” activists. In fact, there are more than 40 people connected with Morawiecki’s “Development Plus” previously “attached” with PiS.

Jarosław Kaczyński announced the removal of people associated with the erstwhile Prime Minister's "Development Plus" association from the Law and Justice Office, who did not make the required declarations of loyalty, the alleged "loyals". However, this figure does not include all politicians identified with the faction of Mateusz Morawiecki.

As analysed by “Super Express”, 45 people joined the “Development Plus” association in April. Mateusz Morawiecki himself was to inform that he had more than 40 politicians around him. The difference between this number and the announcement of the president of PiS is due to the omission of 2 groups.

The first were Euro MPs who were not included in the list of national parliamentarians. Among them are Michał Dworczyk, Piotr Müller and Waldemar Buda. The second group consists of politicians belonging to the PiS parliamentary club, but formally not members of the party. These include Agnieszka Gossip, Marek Jakubiak and Andrzej Gut-Mostowy. They cannot be formally removed from the Law and Justice due to the fact that they do not have organization cards.

The Law and Justice will leave over 30 MPs. Morawiecki besides attracted politicians related to PiS, but not organization members

Tabloid published a complete list of people associated with improvement Plus, including 45 names of MEPs and MEPs. It mentions, among others, Mateusz Morawiecki, Anna Baluch, Ryszard Bartosik, Janusz Cieszynski, Marcin Horala, Paweł Jabłoński, Łukasz Schreiber, Olga Semeniak-Patkowska, Szymon Szynkowski, Sęk and Ryszard Terlecki. Mr Buda, Mr Dworczyk, Mr Müller and Mr Obietek, who was the only associate of this group to sign a declaration of loyalty, were besides mentioned among the MEPs.

The case remains an component of the increasing dispute within the Law and Justice on the future arrangement of forces in the organization and the position of the environment centered around erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.

During the Friday press conference Morawiecki called his erstwhile colleagues with the Law and Justice “intriguers”, who “may have been to push us out of the party.” After questions, the erstwhile Prime Minister refused to indicate who he meant erstwhile he spoke of “intriguists”.
