The session of the parliamentary regulations committee was interrupted after PiS politicians submitted a motion to have KO MP Artur Łącki tested with a breathalyzer. They argued that the MP's "scandalous" behaviour during the session was the reason. Łącki himself asked the Marshal's Office to supply a breathalyzer. However, 1 of the guards informed that there was no breathalyzer due to the fact that "it had gone for calibration".
