The aggression of the US and Israel on Iran in Poland found support only among politicians of 1 organization – Law and Justice. Mariusz Błaszczak, right hand of president Jarosław Kaczyński, sided against the wall by Bogdan Rymanowski, who asked:
"Would you repeat, Prime Minister, present behind Jarosław Kaczyński, that the State of Israel is simply a large state, a miracle of our times and an advanced institution of our civilisation?" – after a fewer avoiders at the end, he clearly declared, "Please, Israel is simply a part of the free world, for Israel is on the bright side of power and not on the dark side of power." "In Gaza, too? On the bright side of the power?” asked the leader, "What was Iran doing? Iran is on the side of Russia". This is more or little what another politicians of PiS and the Chancellery of the president say, as the “Arcypolska” “Gazeta Polska” and “Networks” write. In a situation where 77% of Poles do not support aggression against Iran, including at least half of the PiS electorate – specified statements can be shocking, but only for individual who does not follow many years of PiS contracts with the Likud organization Benjamin Netanjah.
Just before the attack on Iran in Israel, a government conference was held on "the fight against anti-Semitism" (January 26-27). It was attended by many delegations of right-wing parties from Europe: National Unity (FR), VOX (ES), Fideshu (HU), Flemish Interest (BE), Chega (PT), Freedom organization (NL), Leagues (IT), Swedish Democrats (SE), AUR (RO) and... Law and Justice (PL). The delegates accepted Netanyahu himself at the meeting. This “international” Likudu – is not new. “ Israel’s alliance with the European right is founded on a increasing ideological community and a convergence of political interest, ” writes the author of the paper on the east Studies Centre portal. In the ideological dimension, this cooperation is justified by the necessity, in the rhetoric of both parties, of defending the “western Judeo-Christian civilization” against the alleged alliance of the “radical left” and “radical Islam”.
The position of right-wing parties from Western Europe, where the biggest problem is the immense muslim diaspora, can be understood somehow, but in the case of PiS this origin is irrelevant. So what makes PiS close to Likud for many years? Firstly, this is the want of the American side, that part of the Republican Party, which is referred to as “Christian-Zionist”. Hence tolerating in the management of the PiS unusual characters specified as Rabbi Shmuley Boteach and others. The second reason is the Philosemitic tendencies of Jarosław Kaczyński himself, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, and Dominika Tarczyński. Of course, 1 can explain how to keep a relation with Israel, as with Viktor Orban, who plays with Netanjah against Georg Soros. But given the moods of the PiS electorate, its ideological face – it is simply a game for the PiS very dangerous, all the more so that the competition on the right-hand side can pin the Kaczyński Formation on the “Jewish Party”.
