The PiS Convention in Katowice will be the first phase of building the program. This is not a programme yet – it is simply a debate on all the topics which should be in the programme and which are crucial for Poland and Poles. (...) After the convention, a programme squad will be appointed – depending on political timing – to prepare the program calmly, says Prof. Piotr Gliński.
