The first payments under the housing voucher would start at the earliest in 2028 – if the task were implemented by the Law and Justice Office or its political competition. Costs, especially compared to the 800 plus and thirteen plus and fourteen programmes, are not as advanced as it might seem. This will be estimated at PLN 10 billion per year, which is more than six times little than outlays on 800 plus.
