The economy is besides serious to be left to politicians. Like war, it's besides serious to be left to the generals. Of course, it would be desirable that the economical policy established by politicians (optional: government, parliament, leadership or leader of the governing party) should be as transparent and friendly as possible to those who produce national wealth, i.e. entrepreneurs – especially the SME sector. So that employees can leave as much of their hard-earned money as possible and yet let them to usage our natural and developed assets in an global competitive fight (geographical location, entrepreneurship, industriousness, natural resources, etc.).
But specified a policy and the resulting legal regulations (economic, civil, tax, etc.) is unfortunately possible only erstwhile all the others neglect and the rulers slaughter their heads into the wall. This was the case in 1989, erstwhile the dictator of the Polish People's Republic respective years after he had won the civilian war (war state 1981 – 1983) spectacularly, had to make a return of 1800 and pass the bill of Mieczysław Wilczek – which was a real change in the system. Vladimir Iljicz Uljanov – Lenin's nickname introduced in 1921 – 1928 NEP (New Economics Politika), saving the CCCP nations from widespread famine. At present, the situation in the country is not as dramatic as in the Soviets in the 1920s, but with large steps it is moving towards the late 1970s in PRL. The analogy is the pace and level of state debt and the distribution (demoralisation) of almost all state institutions with military and peculiar services inclusion. The difference, however, is that after the decade of Gierek, more than 500 fresh factories, many technicians and method universities, most of the current state's energy system, and presently sold for foolless Lotos (formerly the Gdańsk Refinery) and yet that the management staff of those state companies (famous directors) – with all the stupidity and limitations of the strategy at the time – was the most valuable part of the widely understood state power apparatus (so-called managers).
And today? We have a 200-metre-long dig through the dune, which provides a waterway for canoes and sailboats from Tolkmick and Frombork and respective barges a period from Elbląg. What can we say about the presidents and board members of the State Treasury companies? Apart from a fewer exceptions, as with Game, they constitute a organization nomenclature and again, apart from a fewer exceptions, they sit behind besides “large desks” for their knowledge, education, qualifications and professional experience. Only that in those “dark” times, talented and competent engineers and economists were encouraged to join the organization (PPR, ZSL, SD) and thus fulfil the required formal criterion. Currently, apart from a fewer exceptions, mediocrity, careers, and ridiculers study their accession to the ruling organization in order to take on intra-financial jobs. This procedure is yet another copy – passing into the grotesque – of the pre-war regulation of Sanation (1926 – 1939), erstwhile it was "to take a legion", which at the 1938 convention was respective times more than the Polish legions in 1914 – 1918 of all soldiers, included most of the leadership positions in state-controlled companies, and another large enterprises simply were not. erstwhile again, I urge the book Sławomir Suchodolski: “How Sanction Built SocialismIt’s okay. ”
And what does that mean, individual will ask? The fact that we have just squandered the achievements of the last 30 years, worked out with large difficulty and with many sacrifices, and become hostages, thanks to our beloved leaders, not only to EU bureaucracy (legendary KPO), but increasingly to global speculators, lending money to the Polish government for 9 percent! Is there a way out of this?
