The National Electoral Commission made specified a decision to lower our chances in the presidential elections - said Jarosław Kaczyński. According to the PiS chairman, after the subsidy is withdrawn, next year's voting "will not be average and equal". - These will be elections in which any have greater and others lesser chances, which means they are not democratic elections - he added.
