The deputy chief of the PiS club Stanisław Karczewski informed about the exclusion of the senator. Previously organization spokesperson Rafal Bochenek reported that the politician had been suspended and the procedure for his removal from the club had begun. Jacek Kołoowicz himself admitted that the decision was a surprise to him.
His statements on the EU SAFE programme proved to be a origin of tension. The Senator felt that the initiative could benefit Poland by identifying it as a crucial financial and economical impulse. At the same time, he criticised the PiS's position on the project, suggesting that the opposition of the organization was due to emotion alternatively than to factual analysis. He besides added, without indicating circumstantial people, that any of the politicians of the camp Jarosław Kaczyński supported the program and did not agree with the veto of Karol Nawrocki, but submitted to the line of the group.
These statements were met with a sharp reaction from the representatives of the Law and Justice. According to Rafał Bochenek, they attest that the Senator is "mentally on the side of Prime Minister Donald Tusk". The Ombudsman besides recalled that Italians are not formally organization members.

The next phase of the case was on Onet Radio, where Italians criticized the way he was informed of the decision. He said:
I think that with any kinder art and any rules in the party, you could make a telephone call, send a text, an email.
Jacek Włosowicz admitted that in fresh weeks his differences with the group were clearly deepening, pointing to a change in his ideological direction. He estimated that the national wing in his opinion had moved towards more nationalistic views. The Senator besides referred critically to the voices questioning Poland's presence in global structures, including the European Union. He besides expressed concern about part of the communicative concerning Ukraine, which he stated appears in the PiS environment.
The politician expressed the hope that the PiS would be revalued and the group would return to a more decisively conservative course. Earlier, during his speech on TVN24, he estimated that the SAFE programme could supply a crucial financial and economical impetus for Poland, while criticizing the current direction of the party. In his conversation with the Fact, he maintained his position on the programme, expressing his hope that it would be implemented despite the President's veto. He pointed out that the European Commission does not require a parliamentary procedure in this case and that any associate States have already started to implement it.
