Małgorzata Manowska is, in my opinion, 1 of the top personnel mistakes of the 3rd Polish Republic - said Janusz Kowalski, PiS MP, in an entry on the X portal. This is simply a reaction to the appointment by the First president of the ultimate Court of 11 presidents of disciplinary courts at the courts of appeal.
