The Law and Justice can do this with 1 regulation. Why doesn't he do it?!

One order of the government of Mateusz Morawiecki is enough, so that the VAT on food is 0%. This is what the Confederate MPs Roman Fritz and Bronisław Foltyn spoke about at a press conference in the Sejm (23 November 2023).

As the zero VAT rate for food was introduced by the regulation immediately after the war in Ukraine broke out, so this can besides be done now. However, PiS alternatively wants it done by means of a bill. The Confederacy urges the Law and Justice government to do it now. So the Law and Justice government doesn't wait for what the Sejm will do. Especially due to the fact that Poles are waiting for a full wave of increases next year, so specified a VAT relief would relieve their pockets.
