PiS and PSL want to challenge Mercosur's agreement to the TEU

Mariusz Błaszczak, Head of the Law and Justice Club, erstwhile Minister of National Defence, announced that the Law and Justice would submit "a draft resolution requiring the Council of Ministers to take legal action before the Court of Justice of the European Union in connection with the EU-Mercosur trade agreement". The PSL besides announced its proposal.
