PiS created Foreigner Integration Centers. Now it scares people with them

When they were in power, they opened Foreigner Integration Centers and did so ceremoniously. Now they scare people with them. PiS politicians have a problem with maintaining 1 version of the program, which they themselves invented. They besides scare people with foreigners, although - as the government notes - they have opened the door wide for them.
