Prime Minister Donald Tusk will have a speech in the European Parliament in Strasbourg due to the beginning of Poland's Presidency of the Council of the European Union. PiS and Conference politicians hope to have the task of uncomfortable questions for the Polish Prime Minister and want the full of Europe to see the scale of irregularities that happen in Poland.
