Prime Minister Donald Tusk will address the European Parliament in Strasbourg due to the beginning of Poland's presidency of the Council of the European Union. PiS and Konferderacja politicians hope to ask uncomfortable questions for the Polish prime minister and want all of Europe to see the scale of irregularities that appear in Poland.
